What's included

17 roots (naturals, sharps and flats) × 20 chord types: major, minor, 7, maj7, m7, sus2, sus4, power chords, dim, aug, 6, m6, 9, add9, maj9, m9, m7♭5, dim7, m(maj7) and 7♯5. That is 340 chords for guitar and 340 for piano.

Guitar shapes use common open chords where they exist and standard E-shape or A-shape barre chords elsewhere. Every shape is checked automatically: it must sound only chord tones and include the root and the third. The root is highlighted in orange.

How do I write sharps in the image URL?

Replace # with the word sharp: F#m becomes Fsharpm.svg. Flats use a lowercase b: Bbm7.svg.

Can I hear the chord?

Yes. The embed code links each image to the MusoKit chord finder, where the chord plays on piano, guitar and ukulele.
